which is a combination of a proper nutrition program, regular exercise program, aerobics classes and spa sessions,
to achieve optimum health benefits physically, mentally and emotionally and to live healthier, happier and longer.

Aerobic refers to exercises that help you use
oxygen more efficiently by reaching and maintaining your Target
Heart Range (THR), which is the safest range of heart beats per
minute during exercise. Best results are achieved when Aerobics
classes are done at least 3 times a week.
Usually”Aerobics” refers to group exercise that combines between
serious fitness and fun.

We are devoted to keeping your motivation level high so that you can maintain your program. Our certified instructors are always busy preparing different classes to provide safety and fun while losing weight and keeping in shape
WHY DO AEROBICS
Aerobic exercise is one of the best contributors
to great health and well-being. It strengthens the heart muscle,
increases lung capacity and helps you use oxygen more efficiently.
It also increases your body’s level of HDL, a substance that carries
heart-damaging cholesterol out of the blood stream to lower cholesterol
levels, lower blood pressure, increase cardiopulmonary efficiency,
improve circulation and reduce stress and anxiety. Last but not
least, never forget that it helps control your weight, developing
your movement coordination and keeps you in shape!
AEROBICS CLASS TYPES
Based on your objective, we offer a large variety
of classes for all fitness levels:
* Cardio – Hi Lo Impact / Interval ( fitness, agility, intensity,
fat and calorie burning and coordination
• Toning And Sculpting (strength and muscle endurance, medium
to low impact, using weights, bands and bars
• Step (cardio, toning and stretching, bone density build up and
fat burning)
• kick box, , taebo, martial arts, aikido ( self defense, agility,
coordination, intensity, balance, technique and focus
• Spinning (indoor cycling) stationary bike training session,
cardio benefits, lower body muscle strength and endurance, fat
burning
• Pilates / yoga / stretching ( deep mind-body connection, core
strength, breathing, balance, flexibility, relaxation and focus
• Latin dance / belly dance / street dance / ball room dance (
energy, fitness, fun, stress release, style and attitude
TIPS FOR DOING A SUCCESSFUL CLASS
*Focus on your body and moves and try to relax
while doing the class.
• Always inform the instructor if you have any physical
problems or concerns before the class.
• Proper shoes are crucial to injury-free aerobics, to provide
sufficient cushioning and shock absorption.
• Pace yourself and listen to your body. If you feel pain, stop.
• Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration during workouts; it
can cause nausea, dizziness, muscle fatigue and cramping.
• Stay till the end of the class. Don’t underestimate the importance
of the cool-down period. It burns off lactic acid (which makes
muscles feel tired) while keeping blood from pooling in the extremities.
AEROBICS & STRESS REDUCTION
A regular aerobics program gives a sense of
commitment and control; two positive mental attitudes which help
counteract stress. Aerobics also relaxes tense muscles, thereby
triggering and relieving your body’s stress response. Medical
research has shown that regular aerobic activity increases the
body’s production of endorphins (a natural sedative) and catecholamine
(chemical substances that help stabilize moods).
